Once you book a predictive consultation with Samantha Jane, you will never need to speak to another consultant again.

Samantha Jane has had hundreds of successful consultations with hundreds of different people. Many of the people who book sessions with Sam have never booked a consultation with a predictive consultant before, and if they have, then they’re about to have an experience like no other. From spiritualists to skeptics, Samantha Jane provides a common-sense, light-hearted, and sometimes humorous side to life’s situations.

Steps for Booking a Consultation

  • Send a request to [email protected] together with your NFT purchasing proof. Please note, a request needs to be sent at least 48 hours before the expected date.

  • If you do not hold an NFT, contact us and we will direct you to a marketplace where you can possibly buy one from others who already hold them.

  • Upon receiving your NFT proof, you will get a Calendly form to book a session on your desired date and time. Please be noted that Sam only offers a limited time each week for consultations.

  • A confirmation letter will be sent to you within 24 hours after completion of the booking form.

  • You will receive a reminder one day before including how to prepare your session and instructions.

  • A recording link will be sent to you within a week. You will be able to watch replay of the session with the private link. Please note that if you have chosen FaceTime or phone call as your method, your session will not be recorded.

Cancellation

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request a notice at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in rescheduling. You can cancel once.

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, we will do our very best to reschedule your consultation for another time that is convenient for you.

Privacy

The Personal Information collected will be limited to the details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you by corresponding with you via e-mail.

Knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use or disclosure of Personal Information except where required or permitted by law. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with our products or services.

Personal Information may only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Personal Information will only be retained for the period of time required to fulfill the purpose for which we collected it or as may be required by law.

Distribution of Media

All videos are the property of Sam Jam Productions Inc. and cannot be recorded personally or used without the written consent of Sam Jam Productions Inc.

However, access to clients’ consultation videos is not included in the price of the consultation from Samantha Jane James. Clients may view the video with the permission of Sam Jam Productions where a link has been provided.

If the session with Samantha Jane is not recorded for any reason or if a recording is lost or becomes corrupted, Sam Jam Productions hold no liability to the client. Again, the recording is provided at no additional charge but is not included in the price of the session with Samantha Jane.

Refund

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24-hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another session. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24-hour notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
