To check and modify your account, log in with the username and password you have filled in from the login button up to the right corner. To the right, you will see the subscription tab. From the subscription page, click on the three dots to the far right of your subscription, you are able to view and edit your membership, as well as update payment information if needed.

You can put your questions during the live stream in the chat box or leave your question before an event goes live.

1. You will be automatically registered for a tiered event, and event registration emails from Crowdcast will be sent to your email that is associated with your website account. Click on the VISIT EVENT  button in the email and then you are in the event page, click on SAVE MY SPOT to finish registration.

2. You are able to enter the room before it starts and leave your questions when the registration is finished

3. You can always click the VISIT EVENT from your email after a live stream is finished and watch it’s replays.

The payment will be rejected  usually  due to card issues.  You can updated your card information from your account.

Demio is the platform where Sam broadcasts most of her livestream shows. You will be automatically notified of upcoming events for your membership tier by email and with periodic updates just before the event is to go live.
